Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free Delivery Above ₹ 799

Orders of ₹ 799 and above are eligible for FREE DELIVERY.
For the orders below ₹ 799, an additional convenience charge of ₹ 49 will be levied.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Cash Collection charges of ₹ 75 applicable on all Cash On Delivery orders.
*Charges are non-refundable.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUND & CANCELLATION

Return Policy

To ensure a smooth and seamless ordering experience at SFWR, we’ve made the return policy much simpler.

Unused Product

You can return all the unused products within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the product is untampered with the seals, boxing, and other packaging material still intact. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. Reverse pick-up charges will be applicable (as per the geographical locations).  If you have paid by card, then we will reverse the payment. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we will transfer the amount to your bank account after receiving the product back.

Damaged Product / Missing Items / Incorrect Order

If your order was delivered with damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share the unboxing video and images of the packaging & products at info@stayfitwithrohan.com or call us on 7775879696 within those 48 hours. Upon investigation, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue a replacement or a full refund. Replacements are subject to the product availability. SFWR reserves the right to make policy decisions in such cases. No additional compensation / freebies will be provided under any circumstances in these cases. Liability of any order/product is limited to the value of the order/product.

Return/Refund Policy for near to expiry products

warehouse/clearance sale products are sold at a heavy discount rate. The expiry date is clearly mentioned on the website for all the products offered under warehouse sale. Once the product is purchased under this offer, it will not qualify for any return, exchange or refund under any reason.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional prior to taking any dietary supplement.

Cancellation Policy

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order before it is dispatched, kindly indicate your refund preference.
There are two modes of refund:
  • SFWR Cash – If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your SFWR wallet.
  • Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Guardian.in will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.

If you’ve used the product and are not satisfied with its results, taste, or any other aspect, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Our nutrition expert will objectively review the case. If the information is found to be legitimate, we’ll issue a replacement or a refund. Please note that our decision will be final in such cases. To issue a refund in case of credit card, debit card, or UPI transactions, the payment will be reversed to the original mode of payment. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, a bank transfer will be initiated to your bank account after receiving the product.

Note: We won’t be able to revise or cancel an order already dispatched. Orders once  dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.


Shipping & Tracking

Orders will be shipped within 1 business day upon receiving. A tracking number will be available in your email within 48 hours. The orders are supposed to reach your door in the next 7-10 days. You may track the status of the parcel via the tracking number provided in email. You are free to contact us for any further information.

Note: Shipping estimates are from day of shipping not from day of ordering. Customers are responsible for lost due to wrong shipping information
